Also known as the "King Salmon", the Chinook Salmon is the largest species of pacific salmon. The fish can be found across the world running up rivers to return to its home waters where it was born. They will travel as far as 2,000 miles upriver, that's as much as 75 marathons. This species in some areas is highly endangered.
